Call For Nominations
The ASA Student Forum Advisory Board is seeking nominations for Graduate Student representatives and Undergraduate Student representatives. The term of commitment are for two years for Graduate Students, beginning September 1, 2020, and continuing through to August 31, 2022 (Note: The Undergraduate Student term is for one year through August 31, 2021). Nominees must be Student Members of ASA at the time of nomination and during their term. Although it is not required to attend the 2020 Annual Meeting, it is recommended. Newly elected SFAB members are required to commit to attending the 2021 and 2022 Annual Meetings.

ASA will review nominations and oversee selection of candidates for the 2020 ASA Spring Election. To be considered, please send your name, current e-mail address, and phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org by January 6, 2020). Shortly after January 6, nominees will be contacted to provide further information including a bio, photo, and a candidate statement. Should you be selected to be on the ballot, this statement will accompany your name to give voters an idea of who you are and why you want to be on the SFAB. Please note that this nominations process for SFAB is different from past years due to a realignment of election procedures.
